Downtown Farmington's Pavilion and Park Voted Best Live Music Venue

The home of Rhythmz in Riley Park and other outdoor concerts is the favorite among our Readers' Choice voters.

The grass may be off-limits for now, but have voted the  their favorite spot to enjoy live music. 

 and  also received votes in our poll, which closed at 9 a.m. today.

Live music fills the downtown Farmington pavilion and park each spring, summer and fall, with performances during the Farmington Farmers and Artisans Market, Family Fun in Riley Park, Rhythmz in Riley Park, Founders Festival and Harvest Moon celebrations.

This weekend, Art on the Grand brings music to the pavilion, with Robin Horlock performing Friday night and Empty Canvas on Saturday night. 

The summer Rhythmz in Riley Park concert series will open June 8 with The Luddites, an 11-piece, acoustic folk orchestra. Because new sod in Riley Park needs time to take root, the group will perform at the gazebo near  and the Village Commons on Grand River.
