Farmington Civic Theater Opens Early on Martin Luther King Day

Showtimes begin at 12:15 p.m. at the city-owned movie house.

The Farmington Civic Theater will feature expanded hours on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Jan. 21.  

The day will begin at 12:15 p.m., with Wreck-It Ralph (PG), which is nominated for an Academy Award as Best Animated Feature Film. Rise of the Guardians (PG), nominated for a Golden Globe Award as Best Animated Film, will first show at 12:30 p.m.

Later in the day, look for The Perks of Being a Wallflower (PG-13) and Flight (R), starring Denzel Washington, who secured an Academy Award nomination for his role.
