Farmington-Farmington Hills Patch's Top Stories for 2012

Take a look at the most-read stories from the past 12 months.

By any measure, one story caught the attention of Farmington-Farmington Hills Patch readers far more than any other we reported this year.

Reports about the brutal murder of Robert Cipriano and assaults on his wife, Rose, and son, Sal, in their Farmington Hills home began to emerge early on April 16. What we learned later that day only deepened the sense of tragedy, as 19-year-old Tucker Cipriano was arrested in connection with the attack on his family.

The Ciprianos' oldest son and his friend Mitchell Young are expected to stand trial on multiple felony charges early in 2013. (Read all of our coverage here.)
