Farmington Library Wishes Dr. Seuss a Happy Birthday

The Thursday night party came complete with prizes and cake.

Families gathered at the Farmington Community Library Farmington branch Thursday night to celebrate the birthday of a beloved children's author. 

Theodore Geisel, best known as Dr. Seuss, would have been 108 years old today. The library's annual party in his honor included a special cake, a craft and the reading of a favorite Dr. Seuss Book, Mr. Brown Can Moo, Can You?, by Jeff Pavlik, owner of  in downtown Farmington.
