First Thing: Meet Congressional, State, County Candidates at COHA Forum

Tonight's event at Farmington Hills city hall gives voters a chance to hear from candidates in as many as five local races.

Candidates in the 14th Congressional, 37th State House, and Oakland County Commission 13th and 14th districts are scheduled to participate in a 7 p.m. forum today at Farmington Hills city hall.

Farmington Hills residents are represented in all of the districts, newly drawn after the 2010 U.S. Census. The candidates running in Oakland County's 21st district, which includes only a handful of Hills precincts, may also attend the event hosted by the Council of Homeowners Associations, in conjunction with the Oakland County League of Women Voters and the Farmington Hills Commission to Increase Voter Participation.
