AAA Michigan is reporting that gasoline prices have fallen roughly 4 cents during the past week to a statewide average of about $3.65 per gallon.
The auto club said Monday that the average price at the pump is about 28 cents per gallon less than last year at this time.
Of the cities it surveys, AAA Michigan found the cheapest price for self-serve unleaded fuel is in the Marquette area, at about $3.55 a gallon. The highest average is in the Ann Arbor area, at $3.68 a gallon.
According to Michigan Gas Prices.com, the cheapest gas in the Farmington-Farmington Hills area is $3.52 a gallon, located at the Speedy at 29372 Grand River Ave. and Middlebelt Road.
