Harvest Moon Market Has Plenty of Family Fun in Store
Kids will enjoy the straw scramble and hay maze.
Headed to the Farmington Farmers and Artisans Market at the this morning? Here's what you should know about this special Harvest Moon market:
- The market is open an extra hour today, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
- About 50 vendors are expected.
- Free family-friendly activities throughout the day include an animal show with Farmer John, straw scrambles, a pumpkin bounce house and a toddler hay bale maze.
- Music at the Market features Bob Monteleone and Daniree.
- Starting at 11 a.m., there'll be full pour beer and wine served in the tents south of the Pavilion. This area will be cordoned off, and if you want to drink, you'll have to stay within that area.
