The annual awards will be announced during a March 19 breakfast.

Anyone can submit a nomination form, available at fhgov.com, to honor anyone of any age who has actively promoted racial/cultural understanding in Farmington and Farmington Hills. The nomination form should be submitted to the Farmington Hills City Manager’s Office no later than Feb. 28.

Rainbow Recognition recipients will be honored at the annual Rainbow Recognition Breakfast scheduled for Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at the Costick Center. NAACP Detroit Branch executive director Donnell R. White will keynote the event.
