Last Chance Today to Shop the Farmington Farmers and Artisans Market
Watch for the Winter Market to open in the Winery/Power House building on Grand River Dec. 10.
Today is your last chance to shop the Farmington Farmers & Artisans Market, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the in downtown Farmington.
The end of the season has brought new vendors, including The Granola Tree, with varieties of hand-made granola; Jarhead Salsa, made by a U.S. Marine; Grassfields Cheese from a Western Michigan dairy farmer; The Plum Door, with its aromatic, healthy and delicious blends of loose teas; and many other vendors featuring Michigan-made products and produce.
The Farmington Area Goodfellows will be collecting non-perishable food items, new and unwrapped toys and books and cash for their holiday drive. They'll also have information for families that need assistance.

Holly Days comes to the Pavilion on Dec. 3 and Dec. 4, featuring a Greens and Gifts Market with local vendors. After that, the Winter Market takes over the season at the Old Winery on Grand River, on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Dec. 10, 2011 through April 28, 2012.
