Miss Farmington Pageant Contestants Ready for Spring, Summer Events

The 2012 competition will be held July 18 at the Farmington Civic Theater.

Contestants vying for the Miss Farmington title met Saturday at in Farmington for their annual orientation.

Coordinator Ginny Morris outlined the pageant rules, as well as the events the contestants will attend. This year's Miss Farmington Elise Newcomer also helped answer questions about their upcoming competition and volunteering. Former Miss Farmington and Miss Oakland County pageant contestant Kayla Pingel was also on hand to speak with contestants.
