With all the things on your to-do list, how do you find time for yourself?
The laundry's piled up, the dishes are waiting in the sink, the kids need help with their homework. And oh, yes, there's that pesky job to head off to every morning.
Moms have only 24 hours in a day, and it can be difficult to work in everything we do for everyone else, much less take time to relax and unwind.
We just celebrated a holiday that's all about loving our spouses and partners, but shouldn't we love ourselves, too? Where and how do you make time for yourself? Do you even take "mommy time"?
