Power's Out for More Than 2,200 Farmington Area Residents
Area outages affect residents between 12 and 13 Mile west of Orchard Lake and south of Nine Mile.
More than 2,500 Farmington area residents are without power this evening, as the temperature hovers around 95 degrees.
According to a DTE Energy outage map, residents lost power between 4:50 p.m. and 7 p.m. today. Affected areas include a large swath between 12 and 13 Mile Roads between Orchard Lake and Haggerty, and residents who live on Bridgeman and River Ridge Trail, west of Gill and just south of 9 Mile.
Residents can expect the lights – and air conditioning – to come back on between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. today.
