Rainbow Award Nominations Due Feb. 28

Those who have promoted racial and cultural understanding in Farmington and Farmington Hills will be honored March 19.

Members of the community are invited to submit nominations for the 2013 Rainbow Recognition awards.

Given annually by the Multicultural/Multiracial Community Council, the awards are intended to honor anyone of any age who has actively promoted racial/cultural understanding in Farmington and Farmington Hills.

The nomination form should be submitted to the Farmington Hills City Manager’s Office no later than Feb. 28. The 2013 Rainbow Recognition recipients will be honored at the annual Rainbow Recognition Breakfast scheduled for Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at the Costick Center. Recipients will be treated to breakfast.
