Santa Plans Nov. 27 Visit to Farmington Hills

City officials will throw the switch on lights around the municipal campus at 11 Mile and Orchard Lake Roads.

Join the festivities at the City of Farmington Hills 20th annual Holiday Lights Ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 27, 6:30 p.m., near the fountain area on the municipal campus at Orchard Lake and 11 Mile Roads.

Trees at City Hall will be illuminated along with a 20-foot tall candle. “The lights and candle represent our commitment to peace and unity here in Farmington Hills,” said Mayor Barry Brickner. “We look forward to seeing families come out for this traditional holiday event.”

The festivities will include entertainment from the Farmington Hills Youth Choir under the direction of Dennis Ryans II. After the ceremony, refreshments will be served inside Fire Station #5 and there will be a special visit from Santa. For more information, call 248-473-1800.
