See Life Remodeled Build, Beginning to End on YouTube

The August project in Farmington Hills' Olde Towne neighborhood provided a home for a young family.

Remember last summer's "Life Remodeled" home build in the Olde Towne neighborhood of Farmington Hills?

Over the past week, organizers posted a video on the YouTube.com social media website that includes a look at the complete project, from the repairs and clean-up done on homes throughout the neighborhood, to time-lapse video of the build and comments from the new homeowners. Take four minutes to view the inspiring video posted above.

Joni, Thanks for 'reminding' everyone of what we have done in the past. The families and neighborhoods have been, and are continuing to be 'transformed'. FYI: We are going to build a new home and 'beautify' the surrounding neighborhood in the "New Center" area of Detroit (Woodward and Grand Blvd.) this summer (July 29-Aug 4). There are many different jobs for all experience 'levels' (ANYONE can volunteer). So, visit our web site for more details: http://liferemodeled.com Mark Besh Life Remodeled

I live near the "life-remodeled" build. It was amazing to see all the workers constantly working. They didn't seem to rest. It was go - go - go. They were like busy bees building a hive. So many volunteers. Many kudo's go out to all of them. A job well done!!
