Testimony in Cipriano Murder Trial Includes 911 Tape

Although Tucker Cipriano pleaded no contest, his co-defendant Mitchell Young remains on trial.

While Tucker Cipriano pleaded no contest Monday to a charge of felony murder in the death of his father, co-defendant Mitchell Young's trial is just getting underway.

Authorities say both men were high on a form of synthetic marijuana when they broke into the Cipriano family's Farmington Hills home on April 16, 2012 and used baseball bats to attack family members. Tucker Cipriano's father Robert died; his mother, Rose, and brother, Salvatore, suffered life-threatening injuries.

Salvatore's twin brother Tanner and sister Isabella escaped injury. The Detroit Free Press reports that a recording of the 911 call Tanner made to Farmington Hills Police was played during Wednesday's testimony.
