A strip center in downtown Farmington got a little smaller Friday, as crews took off a corner of the building at Grove and Grand River.
The Groves renovation is being done in conjunction with the Grove Street streetscape project, which broke ground last month. Dress Barn, located on the affected corner, is also undergoing internal renovations and is expected to re-open in August.
All other businesses in the mall are open.
