What Are the Best Sledding Hills in the Farmington Area?
CBS Detroit posted a list of the best sledding hills in the metro area and Farmington's Shiawassee Park was on the list.
Nothing says "snow day" like gathering up the kids and heading to the nearest sledding hill for hours of winter fun.
Farmington's Shiawassee Park was included on CBS Detroit's recent list of the best sledding hills in metro Detroit, with the caveat that the hill is so popular, it can sometimes be too crowded.
Other nearby hills on the list include Northville's Cass Benton Park on Hines Drive between Six and Seven Mile Roads and Middlebelt Hill in Westland, on Hines Drive near Middlebelt Road.
