This is the Glen Oaks Golf course building. We held one of my children's wedding receptions there many years ago.

I thought about the patch yesterday, I finally saw the owl on the roof (a pic from before), I drive by it everyday! I laughed at myself for not paying attention to my surroundings!

This is, indeed, Glen Oaks Country Club on 13 Mile Road in Farmington Hills. Opened in 1925, the clubhouse was designed by Butterfield and Butterfield architects - Farmington mayor Wells Butterfield and his daughter, Emily, who was the first female licensed architect in Michigan. Thanks for playing, Mary and Chris! And Tanya, thanks for thinking of us!
