The Mayor is correct. Here's the story behind the photo: "This bronze sculpture was created by Israeli artist Itzak "Izzy" Assour. It was donated to Adat Shalom Synagogue by the late Betty & D. Dan Kahn and sits in our Goldin Garden courtyard in front of the building."
