Community Corner

21st Annual "Get Your Body and Business in Shape" Expo

In its 21st consecutive year, “Get Your Body and Business in Shape” is the longest running expo in Oakland County.

Organized by the Michigan Professional Women’s Network, the expo will be held at the lush Southfield Town Center Atrium (2000 Town Center in Southfield) on Thursday, October 24 from 10 am to 3 pm.

The free event will showcase community resources for businesses and individuals looking for ideas on how to improve their business as well as their physical and emotional health. In previous years, the event has been beneficial to both attendees and exhibitors, regularly attracting over 100 exhibits and 500 attendees.

Spaces for the expo are still available and will be until Wednesday, October 23—the evening before the event. Registration can be found at MPWN.org

New this year is a nonprofit initiative. If an exhibitor signs up and designates a nonprofit organization, the MPWN will give 20 percent of the registration fee back to the nonprofit to help further its cause.
