Elise Newcomer, former Miss Farmington, is hosting her monthly charity contra dance this Sunday.
Beginner’s lessons start at 12:30 and the dance goes from 1 p.m .to 4 p.m.
Admission donation is $10, and $5 for students.
All money collected goes to a local charity.
No experience is needed, and you don’t need to bring a partner. Plus it’s a fun easy thing to learn.
Dancers range in age from 13 to 90+. All are welcome. Truly, anyone can do this and enjoy it!!
All dances are taught by an experienced caller who leads the dancers through the dance, and we dance to live music!
Location is the Farmington American Legion Hall
