Dr. Neal Alpiner author of The Lunchroom Jungle

Stress is one of the hidden dangers facing children today and can lead to depression, poor sleep, poor academic and athletic performance and obesity.

The Lunchroom Jungle identifies key areas where stress creeps in and disrupts the way a child functions athome, at school and with friends. The book uses the I.D.E.A. Method, created by Neal Alpiner, M.D., to help parents develop strategies to reduce and eliminate the areas in a
child’s life that cause stress. Parents are guided through a series of steps that can help their children become happier and well-adjusted.
