Join us for a delicious presentation by MIMI MARKOFSKY and lunch of Helen Nash’s recipes. Helen Nash was born in Poland and spentWorld War II in labor camps in Siberia and Central Asia. She came to the United States in 1949 and is today known as one of the country’s leading Jewish cookbook authors. Her classic publications, Kosher Cuisine and Helen Nash’s Kosher Kitchen, offer recipes that are not only kosher but healthy, elegant and easy-to-prepare.
