Yoga for the Self
Join Jenna for a hour of gentle yoga asana and meditation with a focus on healing and the "self". Please bring a yoga mat and bottle of water and enjoy an hour devoted to your "self."
How can yoga improve our over all well-being?
Through the practice of awareness and non-judgment we open our hearts to healing and inner peace. We learn to let go of all things that do not serve us. This allows us to move forward and find freedom in all we do for ourselves. When we are happy we send that energy out into the universe creating balance and harmony.
Space is limited to please register in advanced to reserve your space. Minimum of 4 people, max 10.
