Farmington Area Junior Chamber Provides Free Membership to Service Men and Women

FARMINGTON HILLS, MICH – The Farmington Area Junior Chamber (FAJC) today announced that it will provide membership free of charge for all police officers, fire fighters, military service men and women, and military veterans.

“Our service men and women sacrifice a tremendous amount for our communities, and this is one small token to show our appreciation,” says Adam Denison, president of the Farmington Area Junior Chamber.

The Farmington area service members provide a unique perspective of the needs of the community and the FAJC hopes their expertise will assist the organization in making an impact on the communities it serves.

FAJC members as well as the public are invited to attend the FAJC general membership meeting featuring guest speaker, Farmington Hills City Council Member Michael Bridges at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11.

At this meeting, the FAJC general membership will approve its 2014 chapter plan, making this an ideal opportunity for those interested in potentially joining the chapter to learn about the goals and priorities of the organization.

The meeting will take place from 7 – 8 p.m. at the Farmington Hills Fire Station, 31455 W 11 Mile Rd.
