Elena Pavlicas will give up her crown during tonight's pageant. Tickets are $12. WDIV-TV meteorologist and Farmington Hills resident Paul Gross returns as emcee, and a distinguished panel of judges will participate in this year’s competition. Page’s Food and Spirits in Farmington will host an after-glow reception.
