Not So Ugly Sweater Party

FARMINGTON
HILLS, M
ich., Dec. 12, 2013 The guys at the Shirt
Box love any excuse to have fun, so today they announced they will host a “Not
So” Ugly Sweater Party. On Thursday, Dec. 19 and Friday, Dec. 20 during normal
business hours, customers can bring in an old or ugly sweater and receive 25 dollars
off a new, stylish sweater. All of the collected sweaters will be donated to The Salvation Army.

“Donating
the old sweaters will also give back to the community during the holiday
season,” said co-owner Ron Elkus of The Shirt Box. “Plus, you know what they
say, ‘one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.’”

“Ugly
sweaters are popular around the holiday season, but once the holidays are over
and closets are full of old sweaters, it is time to spruce up that wardrobe,”
said Rod Brown co-owner. “We want to help our clients ring in the new year with
fashion-forward sweaters.’”
