Childbirth Education Comprehensive Series 

This series of two Saturday classes will prepare you and your partner for your child's birth and will help you become an informed participant in the birthing experience. Topics: stages of labor, strategies for managing discomfort, relaxation and breathing methods, the partner's role in labor and delivery, medications and anesthesia, C-section, and much more.
