Try out this popular form of dancing that's fun for all ages, hosted by Miss Farmington Elise Newcomer. There will be live music. No need to bring a partner, but wear clean-soled shoes. Admission is $5 for students, $10 for adults, and proceeds will go to Joy-Southfield Community Development, an organization that helps residents in a Detroit neighborhood. Come at 12:30 p.m. for a beginner's lesson, the dance starts at 1 p.m.
