Henry Ford Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and Division of Audiology 3rd Annual Golf Classic
The Henry Ford Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and Division of Audiology will hosts the 3rd Annual Golf Classic.
Funds raised through the golf outing will benefit the medical education and research programs in the department, which provides a wide range of ear, nose and throat services and treatments including sinus surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, hearing loss, tinnitus, voice disorders, and head and neck cancers.
The golf outing begins with registration at 7 a.m., followed by an 8 a.m. shotgun start.

Tickets for the golf outing – which include 18 holes with a cart, golfer gifts, refreshments, lunch reception and awards – are $125 for individuals or $500 for a foursome.
Lunch packages for non-golfers are available for $25. Event sponsorship opportunities are available as well.

Reservations for the golf outing are required by June 1.
