Gallery Reading in Farmington Hills Helps Family with Devastating Medical Bills
Maysie Madison's family needs help with bills amassed since she was hospitalized last March because of uncontrollable seizures.
A February gallery reading by evidential medium Carole Grace in Farmington Hills will help cover the medical costs of a young Clarkston girl who remains in a coma after treatment for uncontrollable seizures.
Maysie Madison was 10 years old when she was hospitalized in March of 2013. According to a Facebook page created by the family, doctors put her in a medically induced coma, then ended up removing the entire right side of her brain, which was severely damaged.
Despite additional treatment, Maysie has not improved. Having been touched by the family's story, Carole Grace will donate proceeds from the Feb. 28, 7 p.m., event at Mercy Center, 28650 W. 11 Mile Rd. Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door, and there will be a raffle to raise additional funds.
For tickets, write to ruthmb@comcast.net; to learn more, visit facebook.com/CaroleGraceBurris.
Donations may also be made to the family through Paypal.
