After eight months of developing a screenplay, Ryan Davy has finally arrived from Gauteng, Johannesburg, South Africa to begin the development process in the feature film “The Parricidal Effect”. Jody White, a veteran Realtor and filmmaker will be using her expertise in the process of home searching to locate an old abandoned institution, two 1800 year built urban homes and a cabin deeply set into the woods.

The production is scheduled to begin in August 2013 as Ryan gathers the necessary production elements to prove attractive returns for potential investors. With today's market, people are looking for safe tools and vehicles to invest their money into. With the new way of film making, it is now up to the production company to justify the budget requirements and to use their talent and expertise to lower the risk for the investors.
