Sample cuisine from Sophia's Restaurant during this week's cooking demo at 11 a.m. Located on 10 Mile Rd. in Farmington Hills, Sophia's specializes in Greek, Italian and American cuisine.

This week, the Little Sprouts Kids Corner is hosted by Early Childhood Education, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

They know hundreds of songs and even love to take a stab at the ones they don't. The acoustic show features vocalists Diane Smith and guitarist Chris Wietzke along with the amazing lead guitar of Marc Davis.
