Farmington Hills Police Arrest Three in Pizzeria Robbery Spree

Police say the suspects hit restaurants in Farmington, Farmington Hills and Southfield in a two-hour period Sunday evening.

Farmington Hills Police officers arrested three men who were involved in a multi-jurisdictional robbery spree that took place over just a few hours on Sunday evening.

Bryan Michael Heard, James Robert Dall and Alvin Bernard Nelson were taken into custody Sunday night, after a series of robberies at local pizza parlors. The Detroit Free Press reported earlier today that all three men are Farmington Hills residents. They have been arraigned and will be in court for a preliminary exam Tuesday. 

According to information provided by the department, the following incidents led up to the arrests:

At 7:17 p.m., a lone man entered the located on 12 Mile at Farmington Rd. in Farmington Hills. The man produced a black revolver and demanded money, then fled from the scene after getting an undisclosed amount of cash.

At 7:52 p.m., a man entered located on Nine Mile at Grand River in the Farmington. He showed a black revolver and demanded money, then ran after getting an undisclosed amount of cash.

At 8:32 p.m., a man entered the Little Caesars Pizza located on 12 Mile at Telegraph Rd. in Southfield. After producing a revolver and demanding cash, he ran from the scene with cash from the register. 

At 9:09 p.m., an armed man attempted to rob employees of on 12 Mile at Orchard Lake Rd. in Farmington Hills.  He ran from the scene without getting any cash, and witnesses were able to give police a suspect vehicle description.

At 9:17 p.m., a uniformed Farmington Hills police officer spotted a vehicle matching that description parked near a pizzeria located on Nine Mile at Middlebelt, and Hills officers took three suspects into custody. Police reported finding a replica firearm and money in the vehicle.
