Farmington Hills Police Investigating Overnight Thefts from Vehicles

The incidents occurred in neighborhoods north of 12 Mile and west of Drake.

Farmington Hills Police has issued another warning to residents about leaving valuables in vehicles, after several thefts occurred overnight in the 12 Mile and Drake Road area.

According to a Nixle.com alert issued Friday morning, vehicle windows were smashed, and items taken had been left in plain view. Police advised anyone whose vehicle was entered to leave it as is and immediately call the department.

Anyone with information about the crimes may call the command desk, 248-871-2610.
