FHFD Seeks Paid-On-Call Fire Fighter Candidates
The Hills Fire Department will hold an informational meeting in June.
The is seeking qualified candidates for the position of paid-on-call fire fighter. This is a part-time, paid position within the Department, which offers many rewards.
Paid-on-call fire fighters typically respond to emergencies in the evenings and on weekends. Once trained, they are part of the highly acclaimed Farmington Hills Fire Department and will respond to medical emergencies, extinguish fires, participate in fire prevention activities, receive continuous training, and enjoy the personal satisfaction that comes from helping others in the community.
There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, June 8 at 7 p.m. at Fire Station #5, located at 31455 W. Eleven Mile on the City Hall campus at Eleven Mile and Orchard Lake Roads.
