Northville Township Police Arrest Farmington Hills Man During Home Break-in

Cordel Patrick-William Jackson is one of two men accused of breaking into three homes near Seven Mile and Haggerty roads.

Northville Township police arrested Cordel Patrick-William Jackson, 18, of Farmington Hills and a Southfield teen on Oct. 22, in connection with break-ins at three homes around Seven Mile and Northville roads.

According to a press release, a neighbor spotted the two walking around, and then entering, one of the homes. The men were still inside when police arrived. They attempted to run away before being arrested.

Jackson was arraigned in the 35th District Court in Plymouth. He was charged with three counts of home invasion, a 15-year felony. He also was charged with three counts of larceny in a building, a 4-year felony.

Bond was set at $50,000/10 percent. He remains locked up in the Wayne County Jail. A preliminary examination is set for Nov. 2 at the 35th District Court, according to the release.

A 16-year-old from Southfield also was arrested and charged with three counts of felony home invasion. Pending his next court date, the teen has been placed in the Wayne County Juvenile Detention Facility.
