A man and woman from Redford Township face narcotics-related charges, after Farmington Hills Police stopped their vehicle at Grand River and Inkster at around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

According to police, the 46-year-old driver told police he did not have a driver's license; a search of the vehicle turned up marijuana, a glass crack pipe and a small bag containing crack cocaine. A records check showed the driver had three license suspensions and a felony warrant.

Officers took the driver into custody and released the 44-year-old female passenger, who was pregnant, and the couple's son, who has a closed head injury.
