Two Face Charges in Farmington Hills Appliance Thefts

Police arrest Louis Alan Williams and Ishon Adonis Cannon after a resident reports suspicious activity on Snowden Drive.

A resident's report of suspicious activity on Snowden Drive in Farmington Hills helped police arrest two Detroit men, who may be connected to break-ins at seven vacant homes since Sept. 17.

According to a Farmington Hills Police Department press release, Ishon Adonis Cannon, 22, and Louis Alan Williams, 23, both of Detroit, were taken into custody at around 4:50 a.m. on Thursday. The resident called police during the night, after seeing a U-Haul truck parked in the driveway of the home, which is up for sale.

The two men were arraigned Friday in 47th District Court, on charges of breaking into a building with the intent of committing a crime, the release indicated. Williams has also been charged with marijuana possession. Both remain in custody in lieu of $50,000 cash or surety bonds and are scheduled for pre-exam conferences on Oct. 11.
