A 20-year-old woman from New Hudson and a 29-year-old woman from Walled Lake face charges of heroin possession, after separate arrests in Farmington Hills, made over the past week.

According to a Farmington Hills Police report, the New Hudson woman's vehicle was stopped at I-696 and Orchard Lake Road at around 8:20 p.m. Sept. 23, after officers saw her driving erratically. When officers searched her, they found a paper fold containing heroin; the woman also turned over needles she had concealed in her bra.

The Walled Lake woman was also stopped for erratic driving, on M-5 between Farmington and Drake, according to a Sept. 20 police report. She told police she had marijuana in the car's glove box and heroin in her purse. Police also found syringes in the vehicle and a box of 24 syringes in the trunk, the report indicated.
