Share Your Thoughts About Cable in Farmington, Farmington Hills

Comments on future cable needs and the performance of Bright House Networks are welcome at three public hearings.

Farmington and Farmington Hills residents are invited to share their thoughts about the community's cable franchise at three hearings this month. 

The franchise agreement between Bright House Networks and the cities of Farmington, Farmington Hills and Novi is administered by SWOCC (Southwestern Oakland Cable Commission) and expires in December of 2015. As part of the franchise process, residents can weigh in on future cable-related needs and the performance of Bright House since the beginning of the agreement in 2000. 

Residents may participate in one or more of these meetings:

Comments are not being requested on cable rates or cable channels, which the cities do not control, or lack of cable competition.
