Farmington Schools Opens Kindergarten, 1st Grade Enrollment to County Students

Farmington Public Schools has opened seats in kindergarten and first grade to a limited number of students from outside the district. 

Starting this week, residents living within the boundaries of Oakland Intermediate School District may submit applications for the 2013-2014 school year. Applications close at 4 p.m. on April 29.

Final placement will be determined based on staffing levels and the number of applications received for each school and grade level. If necessary, lotteries will be held on May 7, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. in the board room at Central Office for placements.

Applications may be downloaded from the Farmington Public Schools web site or picked up at the Central Office. Directions for submission are on the application.
