North Farmington Boys Basketball Ousted in Regional Semifinal

The Raiders' run for the state title ended Monday.

North Farmington High School's hopes of winning a boys basketball regional title were squashed Monday night when the team lost to South Lyon, 52-32.

According to an article in the Observer & Eccentric, Jeron Rogers was the high scorer for the Raiders with 11 points, followed by Caleb Hogans with 10 points.

The team advanced to the regional semifinal after beating Walled Lake Central Friday night, 47-33, to win the district title.

The team ends the season with a 15-6 overall record.

South Lyon now goes on to play in the regional final against Ypsilanti on Wednesday night.
