North Farmington Hosts Soccer Showcase
The Raiders and Mercy Marlins participate in a two-day soccer event.
hosted two days of soccer scrimmages Friday and Saturday, during the Great Lakes Area Soccer Showcase.
The Raiders and Marlin girls soccer teams were among more than 40 schools participating at seven schools. More than 1,600 athletes played on varsity, junior varsity and freshman teams. According to the Showcase Web site, no scores are kept during the scrimmages.
Mercy High's soccer season starts March 23, at South Lyon East High School The Raiders' season starts March 28 at Redford Union High School.
