Still Time to Register for Farmington New Year's Day 5K
There's still time to register for the New Year's Day fun run/walk, which starts at Grove and Grand River.
More than 1,000 runners are expected in downtown Farmington on New Year's Day, for the annual Lifetime Fitness Commitment Day 5K.
The family-friendly fun run/walk starts at 9:30 a.m. at the corner of Grove Street and Grand River. According to the event website, participants will head west to Farmington Road, then south to State St., where they'll follow a winding path through neighborhoods and back to the finish line on Grove.
