Though skies may be a bit overcast, the Farmington Community Library still plans to hold Wednesday's Family Fun in Riley Park concert outdoors.
A National Weather Service severe thunderstorm watch for much of southeast Michigan, including Oakland County, remains in effect until 8 p.m., but children's librarian Maria Showich-Gallup said as of 4 p.m., the local radar looked clear.
In addition to the 7 p.m. concert featuring musician Jim Gill, the library and SMART invite everyone to help stuff a SMART bus with new or gently used books. Donations are also being accepted at the Main Library or Farmington branch through July 12.
