Woodbrooke Hills Celebrates 50 Years of Swim and Tennis in Farmington Hills

The swim and tennis club underwent significant renovations over the winter months.

recently celebrated its 50th anniversary season with a ceremony to dedicate its renovated clubhouse and a party for its 300-plus member families.

Woodbrooke Hills Club President Bill Caverly presided over a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the clubhouse on June 23, as part of the festivities. The clubhouse underwent significant renovations over the winter, including a new front entrance, arched roof and check-in area. The clubhouse renovation is one of many ongoing improvement projects at the club. 

Woodbrooke Hills has been a mainstay in the community since the club’s first full season in 1962. A member-owned facility, the club has youth swim and tennis teams and has offered a family-friendly oasis for summer recreation for generations.
