First Even National Brush Day!

It is the first ever National Brush Day! The Ad Council and the Partnership for Healthy Mouths, Healthy Lives created this day to help ensure that children are brushing their teeth for TWO minutes, TWICE a day in order to avoid dental decay and oral diseases. Dental decay is the most common chronic childhood disease, it affects 16.5 million kids in the United States alone and oral diseases cause children to miss approximately 51 million hours of school. You can see why brushing your teeth is so important! That is why it is part of our R.E.A.D.Y. program that we teach in our Sleep Education. Did I wash and brush? It's especially important the day after Halloween!
