Fun Sleep Fact!

Hey everyone! We want to make sure we are providing good sleep tips for all of you and having fun with our blog at the same time, so to start off this Monday morning, here is a random, interesting sleep fact: The record for the longest period without sleep is 18 days, 21 hours, 40 minutes during a rocking chair marathon. The record holder reported hallucinations, paranoia, blurred vision, and memory and concentration lapses. 
With those side effects, this is a record we don't suggest trying to break. Make sure you are getting the recommended 8-9 hours of sleep every night!
